The Potential Principle
Potential energy is energy that is stored in an object. If you stretch a rubber band, for example, you give it potential energy. As the rubber band is released, potential energy is changed to motion.
Human beings have our own kind of potential energy. It is the energy stored inside us—the energy that has no limitations. It only needs the proper stimulation to come to life. When managed effectively, this energy can help us reach our full potential.
Using various fitness activities and drills,, participants will learn how to access and manage their potential energy throughout the peaks and valleys of each day. Discussion will focus on proven energy management strategies, such as nutrition, exercise, exertion and recovery. Your team will leave the session armed with tools to boost their energy and enthusiasm, sustain their peak performance and expand their capacity the same way athletes do.This session includes a 75-minute workout suitable for all fitness levels. Healthy snacks are provided to sustain energy. In addition, arrangements can be made for a lunch or dinner.
