This innovative program allows your team members to get involved in a community engagement project where the mission and outcomes are clear. Then, they learn to bring that sense of contribution back to their own jobs.

Teams can choose from several community outreach projects with a variety of local organizations. All options will be coordinated by our trained facilitators and include snacks and a closing lunch or dinner. These programs can be expanded to include facilitated development or fine-tuning of an organizational mission statement.
