Kim Fabian has nearly 20 years of experience as an award-winning writer, businesswoman and advisor of top performers. A sought-after speaker, trainer and consultant, she is president of Ovations Inc., a firm that helps organizations foster greater performance and satisfaction among their team members.

Kim is author of Magic Moments: A Busy Woman's Guide to Forgotten Pleasures, which has been published in three languages. She has been featured on numerous radio and television programs across the country, as well as in many publications including The New York Times, The Washington Post, First for Women, Selling Power, Fit and SmartCEO. Kim also has expertise in the fitness arena as a certified personal fitness trainer, master Pilates instructor and group exercise instructor in cycling.

She is active in the Baltimore community and serves as president of the Towson University Alumni Association. In addition, she has served on boards and been involved with several other non-profit organizations, including Literacy Works, Executive Women's Network, Pets on Wheels, Suited to Succeed and Strength in Numbers.

Catherine Bereson has been a personal chef since 2002 and also has extensive experience in event planning and marketing. Catherine has a special interest in Southern and Southwest cuisine. She was born in New Iberia, Louisiana and grew up on the Mississippi gulf coast near New Orleans. She lived in Texas (Houston, Dallas, and San Marcos) for 10 years before moving to Baltimore in 1994. Catherine has hosted cooking segments on WBAL-TV's weekend newscasts and was a featured columnist in the Baltimore BusinessJournal. She also participates as a food vendor at A Chocolate Affair to benefit Healthcare for the Homeless where she won the award for 'Overall Tastiest Chocolate Treat' in 2006. Catherine encourages the use of organic, seasonal, and locally produced food products, and enjoys growing her own organic fruit, vegetable and herb garden in the warmer months. She has 2 cats and 4 dogs (she cooks for them, too!) and is an advocate for the humane treatment of all animals

Karen Dubs is the creator of the Flexible Warrior Yoga Athletic Yoga DVD series. A Registered Yoga Teacher, she has trained a wide range of clients—from pro football players and elite triathletes to recreational golfers and runners. She also offers corporate yoga classes for stress reduction and improved job production. Her classes help participants gain flexible strength, boost energy and enhance self-confidence. Flexible Warrior Athletic Yoga is ideal for all fitness levels—from athletes and fitness enthusiasts to "desk warriors" and anyone who wants to feel the many mental and physical benefits of yoga.

Since 1984, Innovative Gourmet has provided great food and service, making each event a distinctive occasion. The company is owned by Barry Fleischmann, who is president and executive chef, and his wife, Maria, who serves as vice president. The team has extensive experience in a variety of social and corporate events—from board meetings and delivered lunches, to highly sophisticated banquets and galas. Their innovative style and ideas are sure to please everyone’s palate. Cooking is an art to us; we always keep our menus creative and fresh. In the coming year, Innovative Gourmet will be expanding and moving its catering services to a brand new, state-of-the-art facility, and adding a 500-person event space.

Dean Sutherby, head golf pro at Waverly Woods Golf Club, began his teaching career in the spring of 2000. Dean teaches a range of students—from top-ranking juniors, college players and professionals to amateurs who are looking for ways to improve their game. In 2003, he turned his attention to the teaching philosophy of one of the nation's top-ten golf instructors, Mike Bender. In 2004, Dean was introduced and certified to MEGSA perfect practice equipment, designed by Mike and used by 2007 Masters winner Zach Johnson.
